Here is why it will not work.
To transfer from one radio to another you need all the parameters stored in the same memory location in both radios. There is only one way it can be done. That is if the original designer of the CS700 gave the new designer the information to do it and the new designer believed he had to maintain some compatibility between radios. Unless the manufacturer lied to me, he told me he had no information on the structure of the original code plug. If he did he would then make the conversion utility between the CS700 to the CS750. We paid someone a few thousand dollars to make a utility to do the conversion of the channels between the two radios. That required him to reverse engineer the original code plug.
